We completed a multi-phase renovation for the New Albany Housing Authority, improving both community spaces and operational areas within an active facility.
The project included upgrades to the community and activity areas to better support daily use, events, and resident programming. This included a full kitchen renovation with a reworked layout to improve efficiency and usability.
In the gymnasium, we installed a new athletic flooring system selected for durability, installation speed, and long-term maintenance. The space is used regularly for youth programming, after-school activities, and resident recreation, so the system needed to hold up to consistent use while remaining easy to maintain. The result is a surface built for reliability, with a clean, finished appearance.
We also completed improvements to the staff area, including updates to the breakroom and restroom.
The scope included replacement of the existing roof, which had reached the end of its service life.
Work was performed in an active facility, requiring coordination across multiple scopes while the building remained in use for ongoing programs and daily resident activity.
Our focus was on:
The completed project supports how the facility is used day to day—from youth programs and community events to ongoing operations. The improvements provide a more durable, functional environment for both residents and staff.
