McRae Enterprises specializes in providing transparency, instilling transparency & maintaining integrity through all phases of the development, construction and retrofitting processes.
Cory was born and raised in New Albany, IN. After attending Indiana University and Indiana University Southeast for his undergraduate and graduate studies, he worked in Indianapolis for the Indiana Department of Education as their Deputy Director of Government Affairs.
He worked for the Ivy Tech Foundation at their Sellersburg campus for three years. Immediately prior to joining McRae, he was the Executive Director of River Hills for five years. During his time, he focused on improving the organization and the region in which they serve. They doubled their staff, completely altered the culture, in a good way, and increased their annual revenue as much as 400% some years.
Cory is passionate about his community. He serves on several boards and commissions to give back as much as possible. He married way up to his wife, Alyssa. They currently live in Floyd County with their three young children. They love to travel and spend time as a family at Patoka Lake.
Megan is an experienced construction industry professional with nearly 20 years of expertise in financial management, accounting operations, and job costing. As Controller of McRae Enterprises, she oversees the company’s day-to-day financial processes, including payroll, reporting, cash flow management, and project cost tracking, helping ensure operational efficiency and financial stability across all areas of the business. Outside of her professional role, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in her church community, and spending time with her family at their house at Patoka Lake.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys cheering on her kids at sporting events and spending time playing sand volleyball herself.
One of the things Kim appreciates most about McRae Enterprises is the camaraderie and the team’s commitment to a “team first” attitude, making it an exciting place to contribute and grow. Kim Roudenbush brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction and trucking industries. Raised by a residen contrntial constructioactor, she developed an appreciation for the industry early on and has built her career in construction and construction support roles.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys cheering on her kids at baseball and volleyball events and spending time playing sand volleyball herself.

Outside of work, I have been happily married to my beautiful wife for 27 years, and together we have three wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf and cheering on my son at his baseball games.
