An out of state franchise owner contracted with McRae to build out their new location. The value that mcRae brought to the fast casual concept was the ability to operate on a compressed schedule. From mobilization to final inspections, this project was fast tracked to provide about a 75 day duration. The client was pleased with the McRae Construction Process, the attention to details in areas like ‘Fit & Finishes’, and the effects and life cycle management implications of our performance.
