Micah McRae, PMP - President
Micah began his career in new home construction as a site foreman for a reputable custom home builder. He was in charge of the site work, foundations, utilities, concrete, grading, erosion controls and landscaping of $1M custom built homes. When Micah left residential new construction, he quickly began working in the commercial construction industry. He gained enormous experience in medical facility construction, retail construction, complex commercial site work projects and more.
When Micah has spare time, he can most often be found on a motorcycle, jogging with his dog, flying small private aircrafts or traveling. Micah studied Business & Marketing at Ivy Tech Community College, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has ICC Commercial & Residential Certifications. He is currently working on achieving a LEED Certification. Additionally, Micah is involved with numerous charitable organizations such as the Center for Women & Families, Casas Por Christo and Habitat for Humanity.
Steve Cooper, Business Development Manager
Steve Cooper, a 12-year veteran of law-enforcement brings a valuable skill set to McRae Enterprises, LLC. His expertise at communicating, negotiating, networking, relationship building and outside sales, combined with his additional experiences in construction, welding, heavy equipment operation, and heavy hauling has positioned Mr. Cooper to excel in his role. Most of Steve’s day is spent meeting and getting to know clients, engineers, architects, other business development teams, future employees, public servants and the general public.

Steve and his wife love music and going to concerts. Steve’s other interests include the outdoors and anything to do with exercise.

Alex Russ, Staff Accountant
Alex's background is in elementary education. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with her bachelor's degree, she decided to pursue Accounting. She has obtained a Certificate in Accounting from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. Alex is the Staff Accountant but also helps with advertising and marketing and other administrative duties.
In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with her daughter, Lauren, and her family. She enjoys traveling across the country and internationally. She can't wait to take her daughter to some of her favorite vacation spots, including but not limited to Hawaii and Thailand.
